What does ChatGPT Business cost in Switzerland?
From Switzerland, OpenAI shows ChatGPT Business at CHF 15 per user per month billed annually, and CHF 19 billed monthly. That is the Standard seat, from 2 seats. In USD, this seat costs USD 20 per month billed annually and USD 25 billed monthly. The Premium seat, with five times the usage, costs USD 100 per month billed annually. Prices as of 8 October 2026, VAT may apply depending on billing.
What is the difference between ChatGPT Plus and ChatGPT Business?
Plus is a personal subscription: CHF 20 per month, billed monthly, for one person. Its conversations may be used to train the models unless you opt out. Business is a team workspace, from 2 seats: OpenAI does not train its models on its data, and you manage access from an admin console, with single sign-on and centralised billing. For a company, the difference lies in the contract more than in the price.
Does ChatGPT Business use our data for training?
No, not by default. OpenAI commits not to train its models on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu data. Your inputs and the outputs you receive belong to you, to the extent permitted by law. A deleted conversation is removed from OpenAI's systems within 30 days, unless the law requires it to be kept or it is needed to protect the service or third parties.
Where is the data processed and stored?
For Enterprise and Edu, a new customer can have its content stored in a chosen region, including “Europe (EEA and Switzerland)”. For the Europe region, an eligible customer can also have the models run there. For Business, the choice of storage region is being rolled out and is not yet open to everyone. It does not cover processing, and a copy of the exchanges is then kept for a time in the United States for abuse monitoring.
How much does ChatGPT Enterprise cost?
OpenAI publishes no price for Enterprise: it is set with its sales team. Depending on the agreement, usage is billed by consumption, on top of any per-seat fees, by invoice and with volume discounts. Enterprise adds, among other things, SCIM, encryption key management (EKM), configurable data retention, data residency in ten regions and 24/7 priority support.
Is there a minimum number of users?
For Business, yes: at least 2 seats, Standard or Premium, or one of each. A seat is paid capacity that the administrator assigns, then reassigns, to team members. Go, Plus and Pro are individual subscriptions, with no minimum. For Enterprise, OpenAI publishes no minimum and refers you to its sales team.
What information should you not give ChatGPT?
On a personal account, Free, Go, Plus or Pro: nothing you would not publish. No client or employee data, no health information, no passwords, no confidential figures or contracts. These conversations may be used for training as long as you have not opted out. With Business or Enterprise, training is excluded by default, but your obligations remain: business secrecy, confidentiality commitments, data protection. We describe settings, not legal advice.
Which plan should an SME of 5 to 20 people choose?
For a team that handles client data, Business is the first plan that excludes training by default and centralises access. For 10 Standard seats: CHF 1,800 per year billed annually, or CHF 190 per month billed monthly. Plus remains an individual subscription. Enterprise meets specific needs: SCIM, configurable retention, data residency. To know which task to hand over first, the Plan Croissance IA gives you a complimentary hour with us.
