A partner leads the hour, by video call. Together, we look for what is holding you back, even if you cannot name it yet. The hour ends with a single priority.

- The getting-started guide
- To launch the first action: step by step, with the tools already chosen and ready-made templates.
- The follow-up
- For 30 days, we check in on your plan, so the first action gets started and sticks. With your consent. If you want help, just reply.
