What happens if the tool gets it wrong?
When in doubt, it writes nothing and tells you: an empty field rather than a wrong one. A person reviews the result. And every system we deliver is guaranteed.
Does my data stay in Switzerland?
Storage, yes: in Switzerland, with Infomaniak. Reading by the AI is confined to the European Union: the AI provider retains nothing there, and nothing is used to train a model. The detail, data processing agreement included, is in the privacy policy.
